In 2022, Curtis joined the Personalized Arthroplasty Society as Executive Director. He comes to PAS with over ten years of experience assisting non-profit associations and societies with their needs, such as membership, financials, marketing, technology, board engagement, and event management. His background drives the utilization of technology to generate high returns on their investments.

Prior to joining the Personalized Arthroplasty Society, Curtis provided association management services to over 30 associations ranging in all various types. Numerous successes include increasing membership by over 300% within one year for an OBGYN association, developing a meeting platform for a thoracic radiology society that was needed in less than one week, navigating numerous membership databases to help societies better utilize the database for financial reporting, and developing over 250 websites focused on increasing the visibility of associations and societies on the world wide web.

In addition to this experience, Curtis obtained his MBA in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA. This experience has allowed him to provide strategic financial assistance to struggling associations and societies that needed help with redirecting their financial decisions. Despite the makeup of your Board of Directors, he has the ability to properly direct the decisions of the Board to ensure the overall growth of your organization. Outside of the financial support, Curtis has had the ability to improve the overall marketing of organizations to improve the successes of their membership and event online marketing campaigns: one of which resulted in 300% membership growth over the span of one year.
